– Low season: Up to 3 days before check-in date, the entire amount of the reservation is refunded. For cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival date, the value of the first night is non-refundable. – Mid-season: Up to 10 days before check-in date, the entire amount of the reservation is refunded. For cancellations made less than 10 days before arrival date, the value of the first night is non-refundable. – High Season: Up to 30 days before check-in date, the entire amount of the reservation is refunded. For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival date, the value of the first night is non-refundable.

Транзакциите се осъществяват посредством програмите за сигурност MasterCard Identity check и VISA Secure. 4. От гледна точка на сигурност, максималната сума за плащане с карта е 8000 лв 5. Не съхраняваме данни за банковите карти, използвани за плащане чрез сайта. 6. При необходимост от връщане на сума, платена с банкова карта, сумата се възстановява по картата, с която е извършено плащането.
